The first thing that impressed me was the excellent service from the staff. They were always alert and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I particularly appreciated the free ride pick up and drop off service, which made getting around the city hassle-free. The hotel's location, just six blocks from the main square, was convenient and allowed for easy access to restaurants and shops.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Puerto Maldonado. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with basic amenities like cable, WiFi, and A/C, which were perfect for the hot weather. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist us with our flight check-in. The large breakfast included in the stay was delicious and satisfying, with generous portions that left us full for hours. I would highly recommend trying the "arroz chaufa amazónico" - it was absolutely delightful. The dining room on the top floor was a nice touch, offering great views and well-served, tasty food.

Everything was just fine, no improvements needed.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property

Had a good end of year party with my buddies this season. The two best things of this place were the bright room lighting and the free wifi all around the hotel. It is located around the downtown area with easy access to motorcycle taxis, a lot of street food, and shops. They had a decent breakfast with simple bread and jam, which was good enough for us.

The hot water in the shower was a letdown because it was not always available. We had to wait for a while or use cold showers many times which was really disappointing.

The staff were really friendly and provided great service during my stay over Easter weekend. The free pick-up and drop-off service was an added bonus which saved me on transportation costs. I also enjoyed the location, only a few blocks away from the main square and easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, and had a nice view of the surrounding area.

The swimming pool was out of order during my stay which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the restaurant was closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so I had to venture out to find meals. It would have been nice to have more food options on location. my stay was pleasant but these two things stood out as the worst aspects of my experience.
